You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

StreamTV offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Device Limitations

Your subscription plan specifies the number of devices that can simultaneously stream content. Exceeding this limit may result in service interruption or account suspension. We may implement technical measures to enforce device limits. You are responsible for ensuring your devices meet our technical requirements.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that StreamTV will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages due to technical issues or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamTV and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the service will cease immediately.
